Considerably serious at a first glance, but he's very lighthearted to those he knows well enough. Medical intelligence is something he prides himself on, especially regarding those who attempt to question his medical degree, which causes him to end up acting cocky, which in the long run does end up setting himself up for disaster.

He's got his life set for him, a nice apartment, loving spouses, and a wonderful job to boot.

He's a social butterfly in public, though sometimes he'll need time to recharge after a while of conversation. Sometimes these bouts of his 'battery' dying is during surgical procedures.

As social as he is, he's also easily set off by others, causing him to fly in a short but loud rage, physically destroying things at points. It's not often however.

Due to his friend Kay having a near-death experience in a dark room, and Trear discovering this by accident and saving his life in turn, Trear can never go into a dark room alone without feeling nausea and can have audio hallucinations of his friend calling for help.

Trear was born in a head Shaman's family, the youngest of two sons of Atrir Polin, Shaman of Markazia. Immediately both boys were sent off to boot camp at the age of 14 to teach the boys discipline and respect, both of which Trear and Abe lacked as rough preteen troublemakers (most notably graffiti-ing the Shaman Temple of Worship with the Nether-infused blessing water, which is extremely risky to obtain by itself)
After a few years of strict training and grueling training, Abe and Trear both came home different boys, though more noticable in Abe, who was a no-nonsense man, refusing to even consider joining any escapades with his younger brother Trear.

As Trear entered a private school, he was heavily picked on for his appearance as a 17 year old sophmore: large glasses, acne and acne scars, craggly teeth, and a lanky form to boot. Plus his being not very knowledgeable in most curriculum was the awful cherry on top.
After two years of peer abuse, Trear took matters into his own hands, begging Atrir to give him a gym membership and a possible dental procedure to 'change his look entirely'. Atrir gave the boy the okay to go through with the 'makeover'

So thus, Trear began devoting his time in the gym, building himself up and cleaning up his school knowledge, shooting from the bottom tier of school to the top tier in practically two more years. He'd gained popularity and ladies on each arm, though he wasn't exactly fond of said ladies, considering they were the same girls who picked on him when he was, as he refers to his old visage, "a massive nerdlord".

Moving onto college, he decided he wanted to a doctor for the Meridian Medical Facility, and began to apply for all sorts of college courses, not realizing until too late that this racked up his college costs tenfold. Summing up the college fee to a whopping 1,500,000 bolts, Trear was essentially trapped in debt. He initially wanted to ask his father to help him with the bill, but realized that even with his help there'd be no chance for him to repay this at all... at least until he found an application for a 'modelling career' from a company called Aspiring Super Stars.

After a few years of nothing but 'modelling' he finally paid off the bill for college and began his work as an intern at the Meridian hospital, where he first met Jacinda Farseeth after she had gotten into a fight in the lobby with another woman who attempted to run her over with a ship. The two hit it off as best friends, and continued this friendship for a long time, even through marriage.

Trear then met Cayle Yuta'i, a bus boy who was working overtime to make ends meet for a shabby apartment after his father discarded him on the street for spending more time at work and less at home where he should be, in the father's terms, 'doing the same thing as your mother. Cooking, cleaning, and only that' He and Trear had a more rocky start, though it was a deep connection after four months of talking, and eventually the two wed together.
So thus, the three rented a nice apartment in Meridian and reside there to this day.

Born during Atrir Polin's birthing sermon, where Trear when he was born was blessed with the Nether-infused blessing water, which was gold in color.
